Hi,
In our organization we are using Peoplesoft HRMS-- Global Payroll for India and Absense Mangement. Eveytime when we run the Global Payroll during end of month the process hangs and takes too much time. I tried everything but not come to conclusion whats wrong. Only some of the queries hanging everytime which are inbuilt queries and come with the s/w.
Can anybody give me any idea from where to start?
One thing I have noticed that we are using Oracle Version 10.2.0.1 . Do we need to upgrade the oracle version to higher one and does that solve our problem? |
